If you would like to support us, please purchase and download Dirk Powell's new single, Red Bird Road!

July 26, 2020

This song was written in March 2020 during the beginning of the quarantine for COVID-19. At the time, the birds seemed to be more active and alive than ever, as traffic was reduced to almost nothing and the skies grew more clear and still. It was a moment of turning inward and focusing on priorities that had been lost in the hubbub of modern life. Half the proceeds from the sale of this single will be donated to Turn Up For Recovery, a charitable movement aiming to raise awareness of abstinence-based recovery, tackle the stigma of addiction, and help make treatment affordable to people struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. TURF was founded by Melia Clapton in 2019.
